A: Do you have any other e-mail programs that are trying to access your mailbox?
If so, close them first. If this message persists, our server is probably in
the process of receiving a large file attachment from someone, so be patient for awhile or
have us delete the attachment. This problem will usually clear itself
within a few hours.
Q: Err-Msg: Password supplied for
<username> is incorrect.
A: In the Options, you may have entered the wrong username. Check POP Account
under Tools > Options to make sure it is in the syntax your_username@pop.surf-ici.com.
